Surgery Scheduler (RN or LPN)

This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys patient interaction, organization, and coordinating care with patients, physician teams and surgical facilities behind the scenes. This position helps patients prepare for surgery by providing education, scheduling appointments, coordinating testing and medical clearances, and ensuring everything is in place before the procedure. Keys to success in this role include: great attention to detail, strong customer service skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, knowledge of OR procedures and instrumentation (preferred) and ER or surgical experience (helpful but not required). Full-time schedule & comprehensive benefits, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (no nights or weekends). Potential hybrid work option after training and competency completion. Opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care, current Indiana RN or LPN license required.

Clinical Assistant OrthoStat (CMA, CCMA, PTA, RMA or ATC)

Our Clinical Assistants are valued members of the patient care team, providing hands-on support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants. Responsibilities include patient intake, assisting with assessments, post-op care, suture and staple removal, helping with injections and office procedures, coordinating diagnostic testing, EHR documentation, room turnover, and inventory management. We offer a variety of learning opportunities and room for professional growth. Position is based in Fort Wayne, but may cover at other locations as needed. Must possess a clinical certification or license or be eligible to obtain certification or license within the first six months of employment. CMA, CCMA, RMA, PTA, or ATC credentials are preferred. Full-time, three days per week 7am to 7p/clinic close. Will rotate to cover Saturday hours at our main office or Dupont clinic every six weeks.

Clinical Assistant (CMA, CCMA, RMA, CPhT, PTA or ATC)

As a vital member of our patient care team our Clinical Assistants provide support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position is based in Fort Wayne and may travel to nearby satellite clinics with a physician as needed. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; CMA, CCMA, RMA, CPhT, PTA or ATC preferred. Full-time, Monday thru Friday.
