Director of Clinical Services
We are seeking a clinical professional with strong leadership and strategic abilities to direct and develop clinical services within the Practice. Areas of responsibility include Nursing, Surgery Scheduling, Pre-Certification, DME and Diagnostic Test Scheduling. Prior clinical experience combined with a minimum of three years leadership experience that has included a progressive increase in responsibilities is required. Must also be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Indiana with completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Full-time

Workers Compensation Liaison
We have an opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills to field calls from employers, case managers, workers compensation carriers and travel medicine representatives concerning their patients’ work status and medical conditions. Position will also coordinate internal patient services and assist in developing new referral relationships. Prior orthopedic or workers compensation experience preferred. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant (CMA or CCMA) or Athletic Trainer (ATC) preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday.
Health Information Specialist
We are seeking a detailed individual to perform processes specific to patient records. Duties include scanning & indexing incoming documents, processing release of information (ROI) requests, obtaining patient intake information, transferring completed dictations into the electronic health record, editing transcribed documents for accuracy and typing internal dictations. Experience with medical records, ROI and medical terminology preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (OrthoStat)
Our OrthoStat walk-in clinic is growing and seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide clinical care and outstanding customer service to office patients as part of our urgent care team. Full-time, typically 3 weekdays per week (clinic hours are 7a to 7p) plus a rotating Saturday (currently every 6th
week). No call required. Position will assist in covering all Orthostat locations and will cross-train to provide backup for daytime trauma coverage in the hospital. Must be currently licensed as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Nurse) in the State of Indiana and possess strong communication skills. Previous orthopedic experience beneficial.
DME Fitter/Clinical Assistant (CMA, CCMA RMA, ATC)
We have an opportunity available for an individual with strong customer service talents to measure and fit patients for durable medical equipment (DME) and assist with patient care. Duties include patient education on the use and care of DME products, assisting with DME inventory and performing clinical support duties. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position will be based at our main office, but may assist at satellite clinics as needed. Must be a Certified as a Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer. Full-time, Mon-Fri, hours will be consistent with clinic activities.

We are searching for versatile individuals to join our patient care team in providing support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position may travel to satellite clinics with a physician as needed. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer preferred. Two schedules are available; Full-time, Monday-Friday OR Full-time three days per week 7a-7:30p with a rotating Saturday at our main office (currently every 6th week)
