Receptionist (Full-time)

We are seeking a friendly individual to assist our front desk team in welcoming patients and visitors to our clinic. Responsibilities include patient check-in, registration, scheduling and checkout. Must be courteous, professional, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Based at our W. Jefferson Blvd. office. Prior experience with patient registration or in a medical office desired. Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm plus a rotating Saturday (currently every 7th week).

Triage Nurse (Dr. Rahn & Dr. Shugart, Part-time)

Our Spine team (Dr. Rahn & Dr. Shugart) has an opportunity for a nurse to assist patients with inquiries regarding their medical care and obtain prior authorizations for testing & procedures. This position will also assist the Providers in the clinical office setting. Must be currently licensed as a RN or LPN in the State of Indiana and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Prior orthopedic experience beneficial. Part-time, 2 to 3 days per week.

Triage Nurse

We have an opportunity for a nurse with friendly phone skills to support our Providers by responding to patient inquiries regarding their medical care. This position will gather details about the patient’s situation, provide instruction and/or forward messages to Clinical Leads & Coordinators for resolution. Must be currently licensed as a RN or LPN in the State of Indiana and demonstrate excellent communication talents. Mon-Fri. 8a-5p.

Clinical Assistant (Warsaw OrthoStat) (CMA, CCMA, RMA, PTA, CPhT or ATC)

As a vital member of our patient care team our Clinical Assistants provide support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position is based at our Warsaw clinic. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant, Physical Therapy Assistant, Pharmacy Tech or Athletic Trainer preferred. Full-time, three weekdays per week 7am to clinic close (typically by 7:30pm). Will rotate to cover Saturday hours in Fort Wayne (currently every six weeks).

Patient Care Assistant (Part-time)

Patient Care Assistants aid our care team in providing general support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in the clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Medical office experience beneficial. Positive energy, quick and accurate keyboarding skills plus strong verbal communication talents will lead to success in this role. Position is based Fort Wayne, but may help at other locations as needed. Part-time, 2 to 3 days per week, clinic hours (typically 8a-5p)

Clinic Nurse (LPN, Fort Wayne)

We are seeking a licensed nurse to assist our Physicians, Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants with clinic care and provide phone support to our patients. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position is based at our W. Jefferson office in Fort Wayne, but may assist at other locations. Must possess clinical certification/licensure as a LPN. Two schedules are available; Full-time, Mon-Fri OR Part-time, 3 weekdays per week.

Clinical Assistant OrthoStat Walk-In Clinic (CMA, CCMA, RMA, PTA, CPhT or ATC)

As a vital member of our patient care team our Clinical Assistants provide support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Based in Fort Wayne; may travel to satellite clinics with a physician as needed. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant, Physical Therapy Assistant, Pharmacy Tech or Athletic Trainer preferred. Full-time, 7am-7pm/clinic close 3 days per week. Will rotate to cover Saturday hours at our main office or Dupont clinic every six weeks.
