We are seeking a friendly individual to assist our front desk team in delivering outstanding customer service to our patients and visitors. Responsibilities include patient check-in, registration, scheduling and checkout. Must be courteous, professional, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Based at our Main office. Prior experience in a medical office and/or certification as a Medical Assistant desired. Full-time, Mon-Fri plus a rotating Saturday at the main office (currently every 10th week).

Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant

Dr. Manalo (fellowship-trained total joint replacement/revision specialist) is seeking a full-time PA or NP to assist in supporting his practice. This position will provide office/clinic care, assist in the O.R., assess inpatients during rounds and be on call with Dr. Manalo as part of the trauma rotation (currently 1 in 14 days). This position is based at our main office in Fort Wayne. Must be currently licensed or eligible to obtain licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Nurse) or Physician Assistant in the State of Indiana. Previous orthopedic experience desired.

Clinical Level 2 (RN or LPN)

We have an opportunity for a licensed nurse to assist with a variety of patient care activities. Duties include providing phone support for patient inquiries, patient education regarding pre-op/post-op instructions, coordinating surgical appointments for Physicians and hands-on patient care in the clinical office setting. Position will be based at the main office, but may occasionally travel to satellite clinics with a Provider. Prior orthopedic experience preferred. Must have current state licensure as a RN or LPN. Full-time, Monday-Friday.

Clinical Assistant

We are searching for a versatile individual to join our patient care team in providing support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position may travel to satellite clinics with a physician as needed. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday.

X-Ray Supervisor

Our growing X-ray department has a leadership opportunity available for an individual with talents for coordinating workflows, staff supervision & scheduling and providing patients with a high level of service and kindness. Position will oversee equipment selection, maintenance, quality control and departmental inventory while functioning as a ‘working supervisor’ with part of their week dedicated to patient imaging. Previous supervisory experience in a hospital or practice setting preferred. Must be a Registered Radiologic Technologist (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists). Position will be based at our main office in Fort Wayne, but may assist at other clinic locations as needed. Full-time, weekdays plus a rotating Saturday (currently every 13th week).
