X-Ray Technologist
Our X-ray team has an opportunity for a Technologist to perform general diagnostic x-rays for clinic patients. Previous experience in a hospital or practice setting desired. Must be a Registered or Registry-eligible Radiologic Technologist (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists). Registration must be obtained within first six months of employment. Position will be based at our West Jefferson office in Fort Wayne, but may assist at other clinic locations as needed. Part-time; Mon, Tues, Wed 8:30am to 5pm plus a rotating Saturday approximately 4 times per year.
Orthopedic Surgeon (Sports Med or Generalist)
We are seeking a BC/BE sports medicine or generalist orthopedic surgeon to serve a well-established orthopedic service line in a professional service agreement with Cameron Memorial Hospital in Angola IN. Clinic is connected to the hospital. Call rotation is currently 1:4. Dedicated APP and support team in addition to collaboration with our clinic of subspecialists in hand, spine, foot & ankle and total joints. Cameron Memorial is an independent, not-for-profit, 25-bed critical access hospital offering health and wellness services to Steuben County, Indiana, and beyond to northeast Indiana, northwest Ohio and southern Michigan. Filled with advanced equipment and skilled specialists, Cameron is a modern, high-tech facility that provides advanced diagnostics, a variety of specialties and cutting-edge treatment options that are combined with highly personalized and compassionate care. OrthoStat Coordinator
Our OrthoStat team is seeking a Coordinator to assist the Manager with clinical activities, provider schedules and workflows within the OrthoStat walk-in clinics. This position will also provide clinical care and outstanding customer service to office patients. Full-time, typically 3 weekdays per week (clinic hours are 7a to 7p) plus a rotating Saturday (currently every 6 weeks). No call required. Position will be based in Fort Wayne, but will assist in covering all Orthostat locations as needed. Must be currently licensed as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Nurse) in the State of Indiana and possess strong communication skills. Previous orthopedic experience beneficial.
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (OrthoStat)
We have an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide clinical care and outstanding customer service to office patients as part of our urgent care walk-in clinic (Orthostat) team. Full-time, typically 3 weekdays per week (clinic hours are 7a to 7p) plus a rotating Saturday (currently every 6th week). No call required. Position will assist in covering all Orthostat locations and will cross-train to provide backup for daytime trauma coverage in the hospital. Must be currently licensed as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Nurse) in the State of Indiana and possess strong communication skills. Previous orthopedic experience beneficial.
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Dr. Shugart)
Dr. Shugart (fellowship-trained Spine specialist) has an opportunity for a full-time PA or NP to assist in supporting his established practice. This position will provide a combination of independent office/clinic care, support pre and post-operative care at the hospital, assist in the O.R. and assess inpatients during rounds. This opportunity is based in Fort Wayne. Schedule is primarily Monday thru Friday with occasional weekend rounding. Must be currently licensed or eligible to obtain licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Nurse) or Physician Assistant in the State of Indiana.
DME Aide
Seeking an individual who enjoys working with patients one-on-one to measure and fit their needs for durable medical equipment (DME). Duties include patient education on the use and care of DME products and assisting with DME inventory. Many learning and growth avenues! Position is based at our main office on W. Jefferson Blvd. in Fort Wayne. Prior clinical experience or completion of a clinical externship preferred. Weekly hours are expected to vary between 24 and 40 per week. 8am to 5pm.
DME Fitter/Clinical Assistant (ATC, CMA, CCMA, RMA)
We have an opportunity available for an individual who enjoys working with patients one-on-one to measure and fit their needs for durable medical equipment (DME) and assist with clinical care. Duties include patient education on the use and care of DME products, assisting with DME inventory, patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring clinical supplies. Many learning and growth avenues! Position will be based at our W. Jefferson office in Fort Wayne but may assist at satellite clinics as needed. Must be certified/licensed as a Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer. Full-time, Mon-Fri, hours will be consistent with clinic activities.
Clinical Assistant (CMA, CCMA, RMA, PTA, CPhT or ATC)
As a vital member of our patient care team our Clinical Assistants provide support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Based in Fort Wayne; may travel to satellite clinics with a physician as needed. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant, Physical Therapy Assistant, Pharmacy Tech or Athletic Trainer preferred. Available schedules; full-time Monday-Friday (typically 8a-5p) OR part-time 3 weekdays (typically 8a-5p) per week.
