X-Ray Technologist (Part-time)
Our X-ray team is seeking a Technologist to prepare, position and support patients while performing high-quality general diagnostic imaging. Previous experience in a hospital or practice setting desired. Must be a Registered or Registry-eligible Radiologic Technologist (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) with an expectation that registration will be obtained within the first six months of employment. Position is based at our West Jefferson office in Fort Wayne but will assist with coverage at other clinic locations as needed. Part-time, 2 to 3 weekdays per week plus a rotating Saturday approximately 4 times per year. Scheduled days may vary, however must have availability to work on Fridays. Daytime hours.
Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly individual to assist our front desk team in delivering outstanding customer service to our patients and visitors. Responsibilities include patient check-in, registration, scheduling and checkout. Must be courteous, professional, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Based at our Dupont clinic. Prior experience in a medical office and/or certification as a Medical Assistant desired. Full-time, Mon, Wed & Fri 6:45a-7p/clinic close plus a rotating Saturday (currently every 7th week).
Clinic Nurse (RN or LPN)
This position assists our Physicians, Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants with patient care in the clinic setting and provides phone support to our patients. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, answering patient calls, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position is based at our W. Jefferson office in Fort Wayne, but may assist at other nearby locations. Must possess clinical certification/licensure as a RN or LPN. Full-time, Monday thru Friday.
Clinical Assistant (CMA, CCMA, RMA, CPhT, PTA or ATC)
As a vital member of our patient care team our Clinical Assistants provide support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position is based in Fort Wayne and may travel to nearby satellite clinics with a physician as needed. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; CMA, CCMA, RMA, CPhT, PTA or ATC preferred. Full-time, Monday thru Friday.
Patient Care Assistant
Patient Care Assistants provide general support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in the clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, EHR documentation, exam room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities for those on the path to other health professions. Medical office experience beneficial. Positive energy, quick and accurate keyboarding skills plus strong verbal communication talents will lead to success in this role. Position is based in Fort Wayne, but may help at other locations as needed. 2 to 3 days per week, clinic hours (typically 8a-5p)
Diagnostic Test Scheduler
Join our diagnostic scheduling team to assist patients in scheduling diagnostic exams ordered by their Provider. Position will interact with other medical facilities to determine available schedule options and obtain relevant screening information from patients prior to their testing or imaging. Strong communication talents are needed to ensure a smooth process and timely updates to patients. Previous clinical or medical office experience desired. Part-time, 3 days per week, 8a-5p.
