Dr. Caldwell is a specialist in orthopaedic and arthroscopic surgery, with additional sub-specialties in hand and total joint surgery. He is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine and conducted his Internship and Residencies at Miami Valley Hospital and Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Caldwell benefited from three Fellowship experiences: Sports Medicine with Dr. Leslie Bodnar of the University of Notre Dame at St. Joseph Medical Center in South Bend, Indiana; Hand Surgery with Dr. Ronald Hodges at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio; and Total Joint Replacement with Dr. Charles Townley of Port Huron, Michigan. Dr. Caldwell is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Fort Wayne Medical Society.
